30 DAY CHALLENGE DAY 16 5-7 – Setting Intention for Each Day, But Like Uh Actually Sticking to It

We’re officially halfway through the 30 day challenge, woohoo!!

Let’s chat for a sec. Do you ever feel super motivated the night before a busy day or the morning of, but lose that drive as the day goes on? It happens to all of us — refer to my post about relying on discriple over motivation since motivation comes and goes. I want to talk about setting an intention for your day, but actually sticking to it and following through, despite roadblocks that may pop up along the way.

If you have passion behind your intention and mentally acknowledge the purpose behind your actions, you are so much more likely to keep that energy up and actually follow through on what you say you’re going to do. This topic emcopasses a few of the topcis I’ve discussed in previous posts, but what it comes down to is how much respect you have for yourself and your goals, so you can actually tap into your abilities and curate a day you are proud of. Keeping your promises to yourself is all it takes people!! Start going deeper than the surface to figure out the WHY behind what you’re doing. Typically the why reflects your purpose and unveils the bigger picture. If you want to start eating healthy, honor your higher self because you know you will FEEL better. If you want to start reading everynight before bed, commit to doing so because you know it will clear your mind and help you sleep better. If you want to get outside more and be more active, do it because the fresh air and presence of nature cleanses your body, mind, and soul. Most of the time the intentions we set for ourselves are for good reason, so let’s start committing to making our intentions our reality. When we start doing that, no one can stop us.
