30 DAY CHALLENGE DAY 17 5-8 – Top 5 Things I Cannot Live Without

  1. Reusable Water Bottle
    • Bring it everywhere. Use it everyday. Reusable water bottles are a must. My OG favorite is a blender bottle, but more recently I’ve been into the straw vibe. Sooo, my current fave is the Starbucks reusable tumbler. It’s 2020, if you don’t have a reusable water bottle, wyd??? TJ Maxx is your friend, Amazon is your friend, that cabinet in your house that has all of those extra bottles from that 5k you did once, or that golf tournament your dad plays in every year, or your senior year of high school grad party favor, is your new best friend. (We all have that one cabinet .. right?!) Anyway, go get yourself on the modern wave with a reusable water bottle, you’ll be more attached to it than your phone. Well, maybe.
  2. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
    • Don’t let the name fool you. I use this lip product 24/7, not just at bedtime. It looks like a gloss, it works like a charm, and it feels like moisture heaven. Seohora.com sista. Berry is bomb, vanilla is my favorite, and their limited edition mint had my heart and soul.
  3.  Scrunchie
    • Need I say more? Catch a scrunchie on my wrist at all times and if it’s not there, it’s in my hair. Hair elastics are soooo 2010. We’re on the scrunchie flow because we appreciate hair care and are not trying to deal with breakage, duh! I don’t discriminate, any scrunchie will work, unless they stretch out, those don’t work for me. Go find yourself a perfect, everyday scrunchie with the perfect amount of elasticity — you won’t regret it and you WILL need it. Trust me.
  4. Some Form of Jacket
    • Get me a fluffy, an oversized zip up, a winter parka. My point is, get me warmth. Ya girl is always cold and always needs an extra layer. The more the merrier because we love options. Who cares that I own a fluffy coat in every color? Not me. Who cares if they go out of style? Not me. Those things are socially acceptable blankets that you can wear out anywhere, count me in from here on out, this trend will never go out of style for me.
  5. Cardio Machine
    • Let me do allllll the cardio. I love it. Weights … not so much. Cardio … yes please. A good walk outside is therapeutic for the soul, but I can’t do without my cardio machine. Preferably a treadmill on 15 incline, 4.2 speed, and 45 minutes, but beggars can’t be choosers in quarantine. The elliptical does me well while I’m separated from my one true love, but cardio is my favorite, despite popular opinion and I can’t live without it.

What are your top must haves? A recommendation never hurt anybody, ya know, lemme hear them!!

Kay
