“Let’s Root for Each Other and Watch Each Other Grow.”
This quote is so powerful, yet so hard for many people to grasp. Your success does not take away from another person’s success, and vice versa, that person’s success does not take away from yours. So why is it so hard for us to be genuine in celebrating others and their accomplishments and their milestones and their successes? It’s our egos that get in the way. That grotesque energy of jealousy and envy. Those are the killers right there.
If you’re reading this and feel as though you have a difficult time honoring the people around you for all of the wonderful things they do, it’s time to check yourself. If we are all on the wave of celebrating each other and truly being supportive of the people who mean the most to us, we create an energy that is unstoppable and unmatched.
Start rooting for the people around you. What you put out is what you get back. Extending your support to and beaming with pride for those around you will not only benefit them on their journey, but also you in pursuit of your own. Be that energy you so badly want to attract. If you watch and support others while they grow and transform, you are telling the Universe that you want that same energy back. There’s no harm in rooting for one another. There’s no harm honoring growth. Take a second to reflect inward and seriously digest this concept and the deeper meaning behind this simple quote. I hope doing so opens your eyes to endless opportunities, positive visions, and the power of gratitude.
